Tutorial11Tutorial11: When you click on one of the scenes, it will appear in both the main window and in boxes beneath. The first line of boxes shows you the set you have used while the second row indicates the particular scene you have chosen. This makes editing your movie simple since you can see at a glance what you are doing in each step.

Tutorial12Tutorial12: From this screen, you can zoom in on the action to select the part of the set you want to be visible to viewers. You can only click on a large range of options which run down the right hand side of the screen and include toggles between the movie view and free camera as well as weather and lighting and whether or not you want certain characters to appear.

Tutorial13Tutorial13: Repeat steps 10 to 12 for the rest of your scenes. To change any aspects of the characters, highlight the person you want to alter and drag him or her to the ‘Makeover’ icon (indicated by a coat hanger). You are presented with the ‘Makeover Department’ that allows you to alter all manner of aspects of your character from the hair to the clothes.

Tutorial14Tutorial14: When you are satisfied with your movie, click the large tick in the right hand corner of the screen. You are taken back to the main game screen and your completed film can will be on view. Grab it and drag it to ‘Begin Casting’. The acting roles will be shown in the appropriate box. Add more crew as appropriate (see the bubbles above the can), then move the can to ‘Shoot It’.

Tutorial15Tutorial15: The game will then begin the process of shooting. When it is complete, the film can will be moved to the ‘Production Office’. Before going any further, click on the shovel in the bottom left hand corner of the screen and build a ‘Post Production Office.’ Move you can into this office to edit the film, change titles and add audio.

Tutorial16Tutorial16: Once you are satisfied with the end result, you need to click the large tick and head back to the main game screen. Move the can to the ‘Production Office’ where you will find the ‘Movie Player’. Drop the can on the player, sit back and relax. Your first film is complete. In the ‘Post Production’ office you can create your movie as a standalone file to send to friends or upload to the web.
